LQ-OSHA Consulting & Training is an OSHA consulting company headquartered in New York City, NY. We help small and medium business achieve compliance with Federal, State and Local regulations to the construction industry. LQ-OSHA Consulting & Training will assist you in the development and implementation of your written OSHA safety & health program and job hazard analysis (JHA), our services include providing safety documentation, inspections, OSHA record keeping and incident tracking.

LQ-OSHA Consulting & Training has been providing workplace safety and health training for 5 years with more than 1200 trained to date. We have qualitatively and quantitatively shown that our training has a positive impact on clients’ safety performance. Our training programs offer expert instructors, useful training manuals, great hands on examples, and effective video tools.



FACT: OSHA does not require completion of OSHA 10 and OSHA 30, but may require other training for workers that encounter certain workplace hazards. Although some states, cities, and job creators have mandated Outreach Training Program courses as a prerequisite to employment.


The Spanish OSHA 10 Hour Construction Industry Outreach Training Program is intended to provide an entry level construction worker’s general awareness on recognizing and preventing hazards on a construction site and anticipate and prevent risks in your Workplace.

The Spanish OSHA 30-hour Construction Industry Outreach Training course is a comprehensive safety program designed for anyone involved in the construction industry.
